All requests to play up to the next level early must be approved by the WPYB Board of Directors.

A request must include RATIONALE FOR THE REQUEST.

In order to play up early, a player needs to demonstrate that their growth as a baseball player would be hindered if they remained at their current level.

NOTE: parent convenience is not a valid reason. Request are not automatically approved.
